Stonewall Kitchens, Traditional Crepe Mix reviews
We’re not crepe connoisseurs, but these were easy to make and tasted great! Not too thick or runny if you follow the directions. One thing we do insist on: puree your mixture in a blender or food processor as Alton Brown recommends for very smooth batter.
I purchased this along with the villaware crepe maker, Have made two batches of crepes so far per the recipe (using 1 cup of mix) attached. I’d estimate each box would make 4 batches, and each batch makes 12 crepes (will vary depending on size of course), which’s enough to feed two adults. As I paid $24 for 4 boxes, that comes out to 12.5 cents of mix/crepe, pretty good value
