My parents are coming to visit in a week and they drink coffee everyday. I don’t drink coffee that often and my husband doesnt like coffee so we don’t have a coffee maker. I was looking for coffee I could put in a tea kettle and make without any mess of coffee grinds and thats why I bought this (not going to buy the expensive little coffee makers for pods!).
I boiled a few cups of water and dropped in a pod earlier today. Stirred it around then let it rest for awhile. I added sugar milk and vanilla and served myself a cup. It is very good, no bitter or yucky after taste. I’m pleased.

I wont even buy coffee at starbucks because seriously this is better. I have had my senseo for years and have no desire to have any thing other than this one. I love it so much that I have a new back up machine in a box just in case this one ever goes out. I know that sounds weird but seriously I love this coffee!

I started out using the Dark Roast pods because everybody seemed to say they were the best. I thought they were kind of strange tasting and not like the darker roast coffees I usually enjoy. I tried the Medium Roast pods and they’re much better in my opinion. They make a nice, balanced cup of coffee with some fresh tasting, “lively” flavors on top. No bitter or strange, overpowering flavors like I tasted in the Dark Roast. I think Senseo coffee using the Medium Roast pods competes nicely with some of the better coffee out there. Very pleased with the Senseo after trying these pods. I loved the convenience, but wasn’t crazy about the coffee until I tried these. I’m becoming addicted to the Paris vanilla / caramel flavored pods too

We are sold on the Senseo pod system. Every cup is fresh. It’s more expensive than fixing a pot at a time, but beats the pants off Starbucks. The medium roast is most to the taste of my family, but we occassionally venture out to other flavors. We are sold on Senseo.
