I think the Right Light Chocolate Nutrition shakes are good and satisfying. They are very easy to blend and I feel good knowing I’m getting a complete serving of all the nutrition I need when I am in a hurry and do not have time to prepare a whole food meal. The only thing that keeps me from giving the product a five star rating is I think they are a little too thick, but this is probably my own personal preference. One day I did prepare the shake with skim milk and I think that was a big mistake because it was extremely thick, with a gooey texture, so be sure to use water.

After having enjoyed the EAS Nutrition shakes when Bill Phillips operated that company I was pretty sure his Right Light product would be pretty significantly appealing. This product was delicious and as a female (40+) who is trying to improve herself overall it definitely fills the nutritional needs. I was not disappointed! It mixes well, packets travel well and they open easily (I didn’t have to use scissors to open the packets). Another plus—not chalky and doesn’t have the diet “aspartame” aftertaste. Tastes like a melted chocolate shake and who doesn’t like that? Add the ice and there you have it! Delicious, didn’t cost a fortune and I received my shakes in a timely manner.

Right Light tastes like a cocoa drink. Seriously. It’s not too sweet and definitely isn’t bitter. What I found as the best thing about it is that it won’t clump up or turn into a sludge like Myoplex or the other meal replacement shakes. Some of those other products require 14-16 oz of water just to turn them into a drink instead of something that’s the consistency of cake batter. This isn’t so with Right Light.
