My mom is from Germany, so I grew up with this as our only diaper rash cream. When I became a mom, I tried others, since it’s virtually impossible to find in the US, but I finally begged my grandma in Germany to mail me some and I’ve never tried another. Seriously, it works on THE WORST diaper rashes. I can tell my babies are instantly soothed and since it’s so thick, I don’t worry about their diapers irritating the tender skin. Worth every penny a 100 times over!

I tried all the normal products for diaper cream and they didn’t help my daughters little butt. I tried this and haven’t used anything else on her since. This works so well! Especially since she has such sensitive skin. We are lucky enough to be stationed in Germany so I can buy it on the economy. I’m glad to see they are selling it in the states now. It will last you 3-7 months (depends on the frequency of the rash). Within a day my sons rash is gone. I have also used it on other rashes he gets on his body, and it is just awesome!
