I also purchased to reduce the cost of waxing as it is $60 a pop. This product is excellent and does the trick. The most important thing to remember is to fully cover the area to be waxed with the pre-epilation oil. Also use numbing spray before the pre-ep. Finish with wax-off lotion.
I used The GIGI for the first time today. It hurt but, not as bad as I thought. I used the pre-hon 1st and then the pre-epilation dusting powder. I applied the hard wax as directed and yanked. Make sure kids are not in hearing range, Worked great. I will use the numbing spray next time though. Also, the calming lotion or gel last is a good idea.
