I have the black gold and find that it is the one I reach for each time I want to create a smoky eye. The color itself is a smoky metallic dark gold it doesn’t ’scream’ gold but is still unique. Another review noted that the cream liner is difficult to apply and I am finding that to be true for me too. When the product was new, this was not a problem but the brush seems a bit stiff or maybe the cream itself is getting thicker or drier? No matter it is still, do able and I love the final result.
