These skiis were easy to install. My 86 year old father put them on himself and he has Parkinson’s. The kind he was using before wore out very quickly. These are showing no signs of wear at all yet and they get used a lot. Of course, these cost a bit more, but in the long run, I believe they’re worth it.

I purchsed these walker gliders for a new indoor walker for my husband, who has MS. They fit wonderfully on the walker and glide smoothly over the carpet. Installation was a breeze, although it did require a Phillips screwdriver.

After my hip replacement, I had to use a walker to get around for 6 weeks. I the standard glider feet on my walker wore down rapidly, and I had trouble walking into stores with the walker’s back feet catching on the rugs just inside the door and pulling them up. I replaced the original gliders with these. They were great. I slid right over most of the rugs and carpets just inside the doors. A few still caught, but it was much better. The only problem I had was doing my physical therapy involved walking down the street and back. After about 3-4 weeks of walking outdoors on the sidewalk and street, every day for at least 30 minutes the gliders had worn a little thin and needed replacing.

I’ve been purchasing glides for my parents and now my uncle from a local medical supply house and they would wear out pretty quick (usually in a month). These have been much more durable. My uncle has had his over a month now and they are barely worn. Very easy to install compared to the others too.
