I tried this after years of being a “no cake mix” snob. Found it in South Carolina, and can’t find it up here in n.j. it is delicious. Everyone who tastes it loves it. And it’s embarrassingly easy. Tip: make an icing out of cream cheese, powdered sugar and a tiny bit of maple flavoring, chopped pecans and worth every calorie.

I use SuperMoist cake mixes for a cookie recipe and it always gives me perfect cookies every time. The only complaint I have is that I cannot get it shipped directly to Hawaii, I have to mail it to a friend on the Mainland and then they ship it to me. It takes many months and costs a fortune by the time I finally get it.
